This training pack is designed to be simple to use and deliver. It has been designed so it can be delivered by HR, Line Managers, Team leaders or anyone else your organisation feels is appropriate to deliver training. The module will last for between 2 -3 hours depending on the size of the group attending and length of discussions.
The training materials have been designed so that you can deliver them in the format that suits your style.
This trainer pack contains all the information you need and which resources you need to deliver the module.
The accompanying PowerPoint presentation has all the course notes for both trainer and delegates contained in it, so that you can print off or deliver straight from the slides.
The delegate packs contain screen grabs of the PowerPoint, copies of the notes from the trainer and space for them to add their own notes.
We recommend that you deliver this package to a group of 12 -16 delegates, although the pack can be scaled to be delivered to any group size.
Alternatively, this training pack can be split down into smaller bite size chunks and delivered by individual managers to teams in short meetings, such as first thing in the morning, of 15 – 30 minutes.
The agenda gives guideline times for each section of the module. If you are delivering this training as one complete package or to a large group you might like to schedule a refreshment break in the middle.
In the training resource pack you will find all the resources you need to deliver this session, including, a training feedback sheet, if this form doesn’t meet your requirements please feel free to amend. We recommend that the form should be handed to delegates at the end of the training session, we have found that if it’s included in their delegate packs they will be tempted to complete the form before the training has been completed and may miss a valuable part of the training.
We have also included a training evaluation quiz that you can give to staff a short while after the course to test learning. We suggest you send this out to them a week or two after the course. It consists of a question sheet and also a question and answer sheet. We recommend that you don’t give candidates both sheets at the same time. Use these forms however they work best for your organisation.
