Belbin ® promote and develop Team Role theory, enabling individuals and teams to work with greater self-knowledge and understanding. Their site shows you how to become a licensed Belbin practitioner and to submit profiles on line.
Edward De Bono's personal website has links to many resources related to his innovative theories on thinking styles, including the 'Six Thinking Hats'.
Thomas DISC - a psychometric profiling tool focusing on behaviour. This site explains how you can become accredited and also allows you to submit candidates for profiling on line.

Cameron & Quinn - these two Michigan Professors wrote what is now widely accepted as the standard model on organisational culture.
