1.         What will I get?

Our training resource packs are downloadable as soon as your payment has been approved. Each programme will comprise the following:
 
-          PowerPointTM slides, including the student workbook (notes)
-          Critical equipment list detailing the equipment and handouts you will need 
-          Pre-work where it is indicated (only in certain programmes)
-          Detailed Trainer’s notes/lesson plan to help you deliver the programme and understand all the elements, including specific instructions for games or activities
-          Programme profile – an overview of the programme so you can match the programme to your audience and use it for your own marketing purposes
-          All activities/exercises and games indicated in the lesson plan
-          Evaluation form – a simple Kirkpatrick Level 1 evaluation form for you to adapt for your programme
-          Joining instructions – an outline document that you can use, if required, to send to your delegates
-          Reading List – a starting point for recommended reading in association with the key programme content (contained in the delegates notes in the slides)
 
2. What can I do once I’ve got it?

You can adapt the materials to suit your own needs, adding logos, changing content etc as you wish. You have complete rights for use of the materials that you have purchased from us and you may copy and reproduce the materials as often as you need to run the training programme. You may not redistribute or amend and re-sell these programmes.  Please see copyright limitations below.
 
When purchasing goods such as training games and toys, you may use them as described in the product description but may not copy or reproduce any materials unless permission is expressly granted in the individual product licence.
 
3. What are the copyright limitations?
 
You have paid for these items; they are yours to use to develop your business. However, you are not permitted to copy the whole or any part of the material and sell, pass on or re-distribute in any form to any other third parties. All rights are reserved. No part of the materials sold on this website and protected by this copyright notice may be sold or provided free without written permission from the copyright owner. You may, however, distribute the workbooks (contained within PowerPointTM slides) to your delegates as often as required. 
 
Please do not breach the intellectual property of the trainers who have developed this material. If you are aware of any such breach, please let us know.   
 
The majority of photographs included in the materials are from Microsoft and are licensed for use within Microsoft programmes. Please check the Microsoft site for full licensing status. Any other photographs used are property of The Complete Trainer and may only be used outside the training materials provided with express permission.
 
4.         Do I have to pay an annual licence?
 
There is no annual licence. Your purchase of the training programmes entitles you to use these materials in perpetuity, subject to the copyright limitations. 
 
 
5.         What are the options for paying?

With the Paypal* system we can accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or Paypal account payments.  Simply select the training resources that you would like to purchase, go to the checkout page and select your method of payment. Our simple and secure process will then guide you to completion.

6.         What happens if I lose the files?

contact us directly so we can re-send your materials to you.

 

7.                   I can’t read this version, can you send me a different file format?
 
Yes, if for any reason you can’t read the version of PowerPointTM or Word that we have provided materials in, we can send them to you by email in a different version.
 
8.                   I can’t find the delegate notes, where are they?
 
Delegate notes are integral in the PowerPointTM slides in most programmes. To view the delegate notes and to print them for your training, open the slides in PowerPointTM and select ‘View’ menu and then select ‘Notes pages’. When printing handouts for your delegates, ensure you print ‘Notes pages’. 
 
9.                   What happens if I don’t get the goods I ordered?
 
Please contact us immediately if goods you have ordered that require physical delivery have not arrived within the specified delivery time. We will track the order for you and advise. You also have the extra protection of your goods covered by some credit cards and by Paypal.
 
10.               There’s something I’d like to buy from you but you don’t have it
 
If you think there is a product out there that would really fit in well with our product offering, please let us know. We are always eager to make sure that the products on our site are what you want and will help you do great business.
 
11.               I’ve got a product, will you sell it for me?
