Managing stress at work
This programme will explore the causes, symptoms and impacts of stress at work. It will also cover the implications of stress for workplace and non-work activities/relationships and go on to provide some simple stress management techniques. The session concludes with an action planning session that includes a review of stress management techniques.

Managing Personal Stress. The main objectives of the programme are to enable delegates to:
- Understand stress and its potential causes
- Recognise symptoms of stress in oneself
- Understand the effects of stress on own work performance and on others
- Identify appropriate means of reducing own stress
- Develop a personal stress management plan to maintain a work/life balance
