We’ll be looking at where objectives come from in the business and learning how to set meaningful SMART objectives. There will also be some time looking at how to write personal development plans.
During the workshop we will be considering why personal development is important and how it supports the achievement of business objectives
We’ll look at how we can identify and manage different levels of performance and also how Managers can build a high performance culture in their teams
