A 50+ page printed and bound booklet that considers the best ways for leading teams using the LCS model. This will take you through the key background research and concepts that are used in the LCS Leadership and Conflict programme and will provide you with further information, case material and explanations that you may need to call on as you run the day.
You may also want to issue the booklet as reference material to some or all of the delegates. If you decide to do so, we recommend you do so at the end of the workshop, not before this time.
The book is also a useful resource for anyone wishing to learn more about leadership and teams.
