This interactive programme will cover basic tools for managing your objectives and targets and define the difference. It will cover setting SMART objectives and prioritising, the need for negotiating techniques and the principles of delegation.
It will provide the means to identify objective terms of reference for projects (applicable in general, and specifically to Management Report) and also cover control mechanisms to monitor outcomes and ensure achievement of objectives.
Suitable for:
New, middle and senior managers. This is a challenging programme designed to hone the skills of those with responsibility for objectives.
